Setup: A large studio apartment with a separate kitchen and full size bathroom. Nice queen size bed in the middle of the play area. Some snacks are provided

Action: Due to the fact that they only promote on Adam4adam without an email list. The parties tend to be small. Average amount 5-10 guys the couple of times I’ve been. The spot is very chill and no drama.

Time: Friday and Saturday nights 11pm-4am

Overall, I like coming to this party especially when I don’t feel like traveling far down Manhattan for sex. I written this post in hopes of more guys attending this party and make it a new hot spot.
